2. What Data We Collect

When booking a parking space, we collect the following data:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Arrival and departure dates
• Parking type and reserved spot
• Notes (optional)
• IP address and browser technical data (automatic)

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

We process your data solely to perform the parking reservation contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — to confirm your booking, contact you in case of changes, and carry out the transfer service. We do not use your data for marketing purposes or sell it to third parties.

4. Data Retention

Reservation data is retained for 2 years from the end of the reservation, after which it is deleted. This period is necessary for potential complaints and legal obligations.

5. Who Has Access

Data is accessible only to authorised Simply d.o.o. employees who process reservations. Data is transferred to the email service provider (boot.ba) solely for sending booking confirmations. All data is stored on servers within the Microsoft Azure infrastructure (EU region).

6. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Erasure of data ("right to be forgotten")
• Data portability
• Object to processing

7. Cookies

The site uses only functional cookies necessary for operation (session cookie for authentication). We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

8. Complaints to Supervisory Authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina (azlp.ba) if you believe your data is being processed unlawfully.
